Anheuser-Busch has sponsored Kevin Harvick since 2011, originally with Budweiser and then switching to Busch Light after the 2015 season. The NASCAR veteran is set to retire from competition at the end of the 2023 season, leaving Busch to look for a new representative in the top level of NASCAR.
The company has been involved in the sport for more than four decades, and Busch Light is acknowledged as the official beer of NASCAR. In addition to supporting Harvick, they also sponsor the weekly Pole Award and the pre-season Clash race.

Chastain has been consistently featured in news articles throughout the last two seasons. In 2022, he achieved victory in two races and finished the year as the second-place contender for the championship. His daring approach to racing has also resulted in a few adversaries on the racetrack. However, all of this is overshadowed by his remarkable maneuver at Martinsville. By intentionally colliding with the wall at full speed, Chastain managed to overtake five cars and avoid being eliminated from the playoffs. This extraordinary move gained immense popularity, garnering over 100 million views on various social media platforms.

Ross Chastain, driving the Moose Fraternity Chevrolet Camaro for TrackHouse Racing, strategically maneuvers his car towards the wall in order to gain momentum and overtake Denny Hamlin, who is driving the FedEx Freight Direct Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing, as they approach Turn 4.

Chastain has maintained a position within the top ten in points throughout the entire 2023 season. He also held the lead in the regular season championship for multiple races. In June, he achieved his first victory of the year at Nashville, securing his spot in the playoffs.
In addition to his achievements, Busch Light’s decision to collaborate with him appears to be influenced by his status as an eighth-generation watermelon farmer, which holds significance.
Chastain expressed his excitement about Busch Light being the preferred beer for celebrations on the Alva, Florida farm. He considers it a dream come true to have Busch Light as his sponsor, as the brand not only supports NASCAR but also shows its support for communities that are important to him. Chastain appreciates that Busch Light values and extends its support to hard-working individuals across the U.S. who enjoy relaxing with a cold beer after a long day of work.
Added Trackhouse team founder and owner Justin Marks: “Ross has already accomplished so much in his career and we’re so proud that an iconic brand like Busch Light sees his commitment not only to the sport, but to his fans. Being sponsored by the official beer of NASCAR is such an honor and we can’t wait to see what Ross and Busch Light accomplish together in 2024 and beyond.

It’s unclear how many races Busch Light will serve as the primary sponsor on the No. 1 Trackhouse Racing Chevrolet Camaro. Chastain currently has sponsorship from Worldwide Express, Kubota, Moose Fraternity, Kubota, Jockey, and AdventHealth.
