Byron is currently the driver with the most victories this year and is now in first place in the championship rankings. Since its reconfiguration, Hendrick Motorsports has emerged victorious in three out of the four races held at Atlanta.
Daniel Suarez came in second place, falling just short of securing Trackhouse a third consecutive victory in the Cup.
A.J. Allmendinger also achieved his best finish of the year, joining Suarez in the accomplishment by securing third place.
Aric Almirola, who began the race in first position, led for the majority of the laps (46). However, his race concluded with a disappointing 18th place finish.
